Module 1: The Hermetic Principles: Foundations for Purpose-Driven Leadership
1. The Principle of Mentalism: "All is Mind; the Universe is Mental." This principle teaches that everything originates from thought and that reality is shaped by the mind's focus and intention.
2. The Principle of Correspondence: "As above, so below; as below, so above." This principle suggests that patterns repeat at all levels of reality—from the macro to the micro.
3. The Principle of Vibration: "Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates." This principle highlights that everything, including thoughts and emotions, exists at a specific frequency.
4. The Principle of Polarity: "Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites." This principle emphasizes the duality of life and the potential for transformation between extremes.
5. The Principle of Rhythm: "Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides." This principle teaches that life operates in cycles and rhythms.
6. The Principle of Cause and Effect: "Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause." This principle underscores that actions lead to consequences, whether intentional or not.
7. The Principle of Gender: "Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine principles." This principle refers to the interplay of active (masculine) and receptive (feminine) energies in all things.
Module 2: Gender: Feminine and Masculine Energies in Leadership
Feminine energy is receptive, intuitive, relational, nurturing, reflective and reactive. It focuses on creating, connecting, and adapting.
Masculine energy is assertive, proactive, action-oriented, structured, and focused on achieving goals. It thrives on clarity and execution.
Both are needed in the creation of everything, and both have higher- and lower-vibe expressions. Becoming aware of them helps make more conscious choices as to how to direct these energies individually and within the team.

Hi, my name is Saila.
I am an astrologer and coach, exploring the waters of the human collective consciousness while rooted in my connection to nature. I shine a light on the potential I see in others and help tell more empowering stories of where we've been individually and collectively and where we are going. I crave to make the unconscious conscious and dig down to the root causes of issues. I consider myself a bridge-builder and messenger and have a passion for connecting the dots, interpreting meanings and weaving new more heartful realities into being.

The humanity I envision is healthy, creative, abundant, joyful and free. Towards that end, my overarching purpose in life is to help individuals and collectives heal and (re)birth soul-aligned, wise, purposeful systems:
