Create the container
for your life's work!
Rhythms and structure that hold you without killing your magic.

Is this you?

✅ Know your work is bigger than you?

You may identify as a spiritual entrepreneur, social innovator, heart-led, mission, purpose, legacy driven entrepreneur, or visionary creator – regardless, you know you are here to do work that has a meaningful, positive, healing impact on the planet and her inhabitants.

✅ Gone through transformation, awakening, healing?

You have done substantive inner work: gone through the death of surface-level identities, broken free of limiting beliefs and realities, awakened to the interconnectedness of all life, faced your shadow and uncovered your authentic power. Sure, we’re never done, but you’ve built a stable inner foundation with awareness, responsibility and care for self.

✅ Ready for embodied leadership and mature stewardship?

You are done with overworking or ‘hustle culture’ as a trauma response and are ready to set up livable rhythms and aligned structure – a container that will allow both you and your work to be sustainably held and grown into new levels of legacy and stewardship.

Your daily life has become the initiation.

From Awakening
and Vision to Stewardship

We start by delving into some archetypal energies you may have encountered on the journey that has led you here:

👔 Various degrees of conditioning to and being engrained in normal everyday life, Saturnian realities, such as education, a career, hobbies, family and social life

⚡ A Uranian disruptive event or process in your life that shook you loose from your beliefs and led you to to ask more questions and break free from a consensus reality that started to feel increasingly suffocating

💗A Neptunian spiritual awakening to realms beyond everyday realities, to the unity and interconnectedness of all life

🐍 A Plutonian death of your former self or past identities, and letting go of life as you knew it – a deep, even chaotic transformation – to truly connect with your authentic power

We explore how all of this may have brought about not just rainbows and unicorns but also new layers of challenge: You know you are called to work that is bigger than you, a mission, purpose, legacy, you name it. However, you may be held back by some forms of chaos or ungroundedness in your daily work and life, or an insecurity and exhaustion with jolty bursts of creativity.

We pause to consider trauma and societal conditioning around structure, mixed messaging about systems, processes, rules, goals and productivity – from enslaving oneself to denouncing or bypassing them completely, both toxic extremes keeping us from creating actually meaningful change in the world.

So what happens next? How to create more steadiness and safety, without it being soul-crunching?

We discuss the role of archetypes – universal patterns of experience making up our common underlying psychic architecture – and myth – bringing archetypes to life as culturally expressed, relatable stories about human life.

When archetypes remain unconscious, they tend to act themselves out in distorted and destructive ways, wreaking havoc in our lives. However, the more consciously we interact with them, the more we reclaim our own power and free will to decide over our own reactions in certain situations.

So we prepare for a new, more conscious relationship with the Saturnian archetype – a reality check without breaking the magic. You know you are built for work that is bigger than you, and for that you will need to learn to do Saturnian systems in a meaningful way: to put in place some legacy architecture to support, enable and contain your work, and hold you throughout the process.

We look at two types of time and their roles in our everyday lives: Kronos time – quantitative, linear and measurable clock time – as well as Kairos time – qualitative, non-linear, experienced time of the right or opportune moment.

We finish off the module with a brief introduction to the cyclical and seasonal wisdom of Ceres, who in Roman mythology is the Goddess of Agriculture, Fertility, Harvest and Sacred Law, equivalent to Greek Demeter.

This course is not about learning how to get as much as possible done.

It is about creating, tending and refining a framework for supporting your personal natural rhythm.

Hi! My name is Saila, and this is Everyday Ease Evolution.

I am a social entrepreneur, astrologer and coach, working towards integrating polarities, connecting the dots to see the big picture, understanding meanings and telling more empowering stories of where we’ve been, where we are and where we’re going – weaving more heartful realities into being.

I’m a bridge-builder, connector and messenger at heart. However, I’m also a strategist and problem-solver, zooming in and out on situations to make the unconscious conscious and dig down to the root causes of issues to create sustainable transformation and healing.

Creating this course has been such a labor of love. It has been the culmination of my own path with work, productivity, creation, goals, and bringing my visions to life in this material reality. Most importantly, it’s centered around my learnings of the natural cyclical ebb and flow of my energy and work – and learning to build systems and structure that don’t try to constrict me into some illusion of linear productivity, but support my natural rhythm.

Growing from my personal experience, this course is a guided journey for you to create grounded rhythms for your visionary work and life. You know you are here for work that is bigger than you, and for that you will need legacy architecture to support, enable and contain your work, and hold you throughout the process. That is what this course contributes towards.

There is a systemic reason that most of us grow up with some sort of trauma or toxic societal conditioning around structure: to keep us either exhausted by structure or escaping it – both leading to remaining disconnected from our personal power and agency.

This keeps us more manageable by powers that be. Meanwhile, constant stress or ungrounded chaos keeps people from creating any meaningful change in the world.

The course is intended as a revolution against hustle culture, productivity as a trauma response, constantly running to keep up with life, and “just trying to get things done”.

When you have a container and systems in place that truly hold you, you will be able to let go of holding everything constantly yourself and ease deeper into that focused, life-changing work that you do. You can trust that nothing will be forgotten or neglected, everything has a place and will be held.

We discuss the sacred marriage of our inner masculine and feminine in bringing about our own living container: the strong containment, boundaries and guardrails of the masculine, as well as the flow and fluctuation of the feminine.

Feminine energy naturally views matters from a holistic lens, where masculine energy hones in and focuses on solving one thing at a time. This means that for women especially, with on average stronger feminine energies, there is a need to have “everything taken care of” in order to be able to focus. Our minds are easily going a million miles per minute going over everything from work to dos to what needed to be packed for the childrens’ daycare to who needs to pick up whom from where when to the package that needed to be sent to the article that needed to be read to the relative that needed to be called to the soap that needed to be stocked up on…and so on.

This is why this course aims to support you in working towards a personal framework that integrates all areas of your life.

As the course name suggests, we will be working with our everyday lives, grounding our visions – daily life becomes the initiation

It’s not just about getting things done, though. You know that the intention behind what you do and the energy that you do it with matter. We aim for ease: not for everything to be perfect all the time – that’s not what life is about – but to have a trust in yourself and your process, so that you are able to flow, with an overarching peace.

With the term evolution I wanted to communicate that we are in a space for cultivating capacity and maturing into sustainable stewardship, far from quick wins or quick fixes. I do of course aim to give you practical tools for creating the container for your life’s work, and for sure that can also mean that some of your implementations present quick results. However overall, this is a process that will definitely not complete during this course, but will continue to live out and evolve throughout your life as you put things into practice and learn what works for you and what doesn’t.

Throughout this course, I will provide you with the bite-sized process, the map – but you will remain in the driver’s seat. That means that the bulk of the value you gain from this course will come from your self-reflection, guided exercises and putting learnings into practical use.

My "productivity story"

20260212_161535.jpg

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love-hate relationship with productivity and time and getting things done. I’ve always loved lists, schedules, systems, organization, doing things smartly and efficiently and well.

However, for my entire adult life and my previous career in business, I struggled with the fake assumptions of linear growth, steady productivity, the ‘normal’ 9-5. I tried to fit myself into a rigid, demanding container of high achievers but just did not measure up to the image of a superwoman who can do it all and seems to be operating fine on 5h of sleep.

“Funnily” enough, I’ve realized that for that reason I was never at risk of a burnout because I just couldn’t keep going hard enough for long enough to work myself up to an actual burnout. I could not get myself into that high of a gear. My body would just refuse to wake up at the alarm if there was nothing really scheduled for early other than to “get stuff done”. I would be able to work myself up into a sprint before a deadline and even feel productive for it…But would quickly feel the impact in my body in a way that I wouldn’t be able to keep that pace up for longer even when I wanted to, and would again feel “not good enough”.

I kept persistently trying though: setting stringent, giant goals, trying to whip myself into a high-output linear way of working and achieving

For a long time I managed to trick myself into thinking it really was me that was the problem: that I should just try harder, be more disciplined, ‘less lazy’, care less about discomfort or tiredness. And this is coming as a person whom former colleagues would probably describe as a way more diligent, responsible colleague than average. But my internal experience was that I just never was enough and the contributions I did make, even for work I loved, drained me. For most of my adult life the recurring thought behind my active day-to-day was calculating how many more hours or days until I could sleep enough again.

I’ve only recently realized how strong my inner drive for freedom is. And how much I go against myself if I don’t have the space to flow with the insights or intuitions of the moment. I knew stepping from employment into solopreneurship would be its own can of worms: I would gain more freedom but also full responsibility for my own productivity, without the external accountability that’d always been my crutch to push through the tiredness into some semblance of productivity.

And so, my 3-or-so years of solopreneurship have been quite a journey, with nights of enough sleep countered by days of recurring shame for not doing more; flashes of inspiration and insight, but also a lack of trust in how I do my work.

HOWEVER. It’s of course all been for a reason, as everything is.

The past years have taught me sooo much about how my work ebbs and flows. And how I can actually create things that I’m really proud of when I give myself the space to explore, tinker, wander and wonder – and work with a well-rested brain.

In the early 2020s, astrology finally provided me with a tool and language to start embracing cycles of time rather than being fixated on linear time. I also finally realized that I’m actually extremely cyclical myself. And that has been such a wonder: realizing that cyclicality wasn’t actually a fault to fight against, but my design

That wowed me.

That I was actually supposed to learn to flow with my cyclicality – that I would actually get to do that, to embrace that, without a nagging conscience telling me there that I was doing it wrong, or not doing enough!

So I’ve been on a journey of acquainting myself with my own rhythms. Learning to understand, love and appreciate not just the seasons in nature, but within myself. And finally, learning to build containers and systems to enable and support my work – not “punish myself” into productivity.

This has brought so much relief, ease, flow and self-respect. This course has come about as a response to realizing that there may actually be something useful in my experience for others, as well! So I hope to support you too in creating your own container for your creation and legacy. A container that works for you, not against you.

Thank you so much for being here!

With gratitude and excitement,

Saila
