Service purchase and delivery

Placing an order takes place primarily through the online store on the business name’s website, where the order is also paid for. By separate written agreement, it is also possible to pay for the business name's services with a pdf invoice. When placing an order, the client always accepts the terms and conditions and the current price of the product or service. In connection with the order, the client must provide a valid email address, to which the order confirmation will be sent and through which the session(s) will be scheduled. The client must also provide their accurate time and place of birth upon request when scheduling the session. Purpose Works never inquires about the ending of the client’s personal identification number.

Multi-session service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. All sessions included in the package must be scheduled and used within this validity period. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the 12-month validity period. Purpose Works is under no obligation to provide expired services unless an extension has been agreed upon in writing before the expiry of the original validity period. In exceptional circumstances (such as prolonged health issues or other comparable reasons), the validity period may, at the sole discretion of Purpose Works, be extended by written agreement.

Refunds and cancellations

Most services provided by Purpose Works are intangible commissioned work created specifically for the client. Therefore, the statutory cancellation period ends, and the right of cancellation is waived once a session has been scheduled and confirmed by the client via email. By confirming the session delivery time, the client expressly requests that the performance of the service begins. For multi-session service packages, the statutory cancellation period ends, and the right of cancellation is waived once the client confirms the delivery time for the first session by email.

If the client wishes to cancel a purchased service before scheduling the session, they may do so by sending an email to saila@purposeworks.fi, by sending a text message to +358 50 379 7452, or by submitting the cancellation form available at https://www.purposeworks.fi/cancellation-form. Cancellation requests submitted by email or text message will be acknowledged without undue delay. Cancellation requests submitted through the online cancellation form will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt immediately after submission.

Purpose Works will refund all payments received from the client without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless the client has expressly agreed otherwise. The client will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

If the client becomes ill or encounters another unavoidable circumstance preventing the delivery of a scheduled session, they must notify Purpose Works by email at saila@purposeworks.fi no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled. Requests for rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and the missed session will be considered delivered and charged in full.

If Purpose Works cancels a scheduled session and rescheduling is not possible, the client will receive a full refund.

Digital content, including online courses, is not subject to the right of cancellation, as delivery begins immediately upon purchase. By ordering and paying for digital content, the client expressly requests immediate electronic delivery and acknowledges that the right of cancellation is thereby waived.

If the client is dissatisfied with a service or product provided by Purpose Works, they may submit a request for refund by emailing saila@purposeworks.fi

Correct information

The client is ALWAYS responsible for the information they provide. The client is responsible for providing the correct information when placing the order. If the client provides incorrect information, due to which the astrological consultation or other ordered service is not correct, the client is not eligible for a new consultation or a refund. If the client notices that the supplied information is incorrect in any part, the client must notify Purpose Works of the error as soon as it is noticed. If the error has occurred on the Purpose Works’ end, Purpose Works has the right to correct the error and deliver the service correctly.
