Registry matters

The registrar responds to questions and feedback regarding the register as quickly as possible.

Registry name

The customer, marketing and newsletter subscriber register of Tmi Purpose Works.

Purpose of personal data processing

Personal data is used only for customer relationship management, order processing, delivery and invoicing.

Data content of the register

The register may contain the following information about customers: the customer's name, address, e-mail address, phone number, order information and contact log, as well as the information necessary to provide the services.
 
Date of birth information is collected only for astrological consultations and is not recorded in the customer register. We also never inquire about the rest of the personal identification number of a customer.

Information received from the registrants themselves.

Regular data transfers

The registrar does not hand over customers' personal data to outside parties, and third parties do not have access to the register.

Data deletion

The customer has the right to check and change their data in the register and request their deletion if they wish. This request must always be sent in writing to saila@purposeworks.fi, so that the customer's identity can be verified.

Principles of registry protection

The register is only used by Tmi Purpose Works (Saila Kokkonen) and personal information is kept confidential. The register is protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.

Preference of law and dispute resolution

This policy, and any claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of Finland.
