2. The Principle of Correspondence: "As above, so below; as below, so above." This principle suggests that patterns repeat at all levels of reality—from the macro to the micro.

3. The Principle of Vibration: "Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates." This principle highlights that everything, including thoughts and emotions, exists at a specific frequency.

4. The Principle of Polarity: "Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites." This principle emphasizes the duality of life and the potential for transformation between extremes.

5. The Principle of Rhythm: "Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides." This principle teaches that life operates in cycles and rhythms.

6. The Principle of Cause and Effect: "Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause." This principle underscores that actions lead to consequences, whether intentional or not.

7. The Principle of Gender: "Gender is in everything; everything has its Masculine and Feminine principles." This principle refers to the interplay of active (masculine) and receptive (feminine) energies in all things.

Hi, my name is Saila.
I am a social entrepreneur, astrologer and coach, working towards integrating polarities, connecting the dots to see the big picture, understanding meanings and telling more empowering stories of where we’ve been, where we are and where we’re going - weaving more heartful realities into being.
I’m a bridge-builder, connector and messenger at heart. However, I’m also a strategist and problem-solver, zooming in and out on situations to make the unconscious conscious and dig down to the root causes of issues to create sustainable transformation and healing.
To summarize, I love being able to illuminate the true potential I see in individuals and communities and help remove obstacles in the way of its authentic expression.
Any creation requires marrying the ‘real-life’ inner masculine and the intuitive and cyclical inner feminine. In my life, this means integrating my goal orientation and capacity to build enabling processes and systems with my empathy, intuition and insight into cyclical time, meanings and the symbolic language of the human collective psyche.

In a nutshell, my professional path has led me from international business to corporate social responsibility and international development to social entrepreneurship, impact and mission-driven organizations, to existential beliefs around our collective responsibility as stewards of Mother Earth and guardians of the sacredness of all life.
My logical mind has a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration, whereas my true wisdom school has been over a decade of peeling back layers upon layers of limiting beliefs stemming from ancestral and past-life trauma. This ongoing journey allows me to evolve into more and of my authentic life force day by day.
The humanity I envision and work towards unearthing is healthy, abundant, joyful, cooperative and free.
My overarching purpose in life is to help heal and (re)birth soul-aligned, wise, purposeful systems:​​​
Healing internal systems to be able to integrate various inner parts of our unique selves
Aligning to systems of personal, cyclical time to be able to flow with what it’s time for
Supporting the growth of family systems and interpersonal relationships with healthy, enabling dynamics
Bringing integrity and timeless wisdom to systems of thought, belief and narratives of where we are, where we’ve been and where we are going - at the level of individual and collective worldviews and future visions
Weaving systems of organization and true leadership in communities and organizations
