Cancellation Form
You have the right to cancel your purchase for intangible commissioned work before confirming the scheduling of the session, without being required to state a reason for the cancellation.
The statutory cancellation period for intangible commissioned work ends, and the right of cancellation is waived once a session has been scheduled and is confirmed by you via email. By confirming the session delivery time, you expressly request that the performance of the service begins. For multi-session service packages, the statutory cancellation period ends, and the right of cancellation is waived once you confirm the delivery time for the first session by email.
If you wish to cancel a purchased service before scheduling the session, you may do so by clearly informing us (Tmi Purpose Works / Saila Kokkonen, saila@purposeworks.fi, +358 50 379 7452, Talolankatu 8 C 44, 20460 Turku, Finland) of your cancellation via email, text message or the optional cancellation form below.
Cancellation requests submitted by email or text message will be acknowledged without undue delay. Cancellation requests submitted through the cancellation form will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt immediately after submission.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the expiration of the cancellation period.
Digital content, including online courses, is not subject to the right of cancellation, as delivery begins immediately upon purchase. By ordering and paying for digital content, you expressly request immediate electronic delivery and acknowledge that the right of cancellation is thereby waived.
Effects of the cancellation
If you cancel your purchase for intangible commissioned work, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
